You automatically become a PhoenixMiles Elite Member if your Status Mileage or Status Flight Segment reaches the required level within 12 consecutive months. There are three categories of Elite Members – Platinum, Gold and Silver. Air China’s Platinum and Gold equate to Star Gold, and Air China Silver equates to Star Silver.

Air China upgrades the Elite Member status on a monthly basis. We’ll send you a new member card and relevant materials if you qualify for a higher status.
