Notice

The notification about the mandatory requirements for passengers on routes to India to present passports and e-tickets in order to access terminals.

In view of Indias local airport security situation, the Government of India specifies that all passengers must present their passport and valid day e-ticket in order to gain access to any terminal within India to check in. Other companions are not allowed to enter the terminal.

To avoid being denied access to the terminal, passengers who travel at any Indian airport should check whether they bring their e-tickets for current day valid flights prior to the departure. In addition, in the case that a flight is rescheduled, please make sure that the itinerary information on your e-ticket has timely updates so that you can access the terminal to check in.
