In view of the current situation in Thailand, the National Tourism Administration has instructed that all tours to Thailand be suspended. If you are holding Air China tickets for Bangkok routes or combined routes, and your flight dates lies between April 12 (inclusive) and May 31 (inclusive), 2010, Air China can reschedule or refund your ticket free of charge, as follows:
- Cancellation / refund
If you submit a refund application within the stated validity period of the ticket, we will process your refund free of charge.
- Air China will attempt to arrange rescheduling for you.
- If you are holding tickets for connecting flights, Air China will also complete the rescheduling procedures for follow-up flights, with the condition that the follow-up flights are of the same class.
- You can enjoy our free ticket rescheduling service two times only.
- If your ticket validity has expired, Air China will extend your ticket validity free of charge up to June 15, 2010.
