Wheelchair passengers

We offer wheelchairs to passengers with mobility impairment. Our staff will provide suitable wheelchair services according to your physical condition.

  • Ground wheelchairs

We have wheelchairs available for use within the terminals at each airport. If you would like this service, please inform us or our sales agents within the following time periods:

(1) For domestic routes, please make a request at least 24 hours prior to flight departure.

(2) For international and regional routes, please make a request at least 48 hours prior to flight departure.

  • Onboard wheelchairs

On all international and regional routes and on some domestic routes, we offer onboard wheelchairs to mobility impaired passengers for use within the cabin.

Each flight can accommodate two passengers requesting onboard wheelchairs.

If you require this service, please notify us when booking your seat at a direct sales office at your first point of departure within the following time periods. If you take a non-stop flight on a United States or Canada route, you may make your request at any one of our direct sales offices.

(1) For the Sao Paulo route, please make a request at least 72 hours (inclusive) prior to flight departure.

(2) For all routes other than Sao Paulo, please make a request at least 48 hours (inclusive) prior to flight departure.

  • Boarding lift

If you cannot ascend and descend stairs without assistance, we may also provide a hydraulic boarding lift for aircraft that do not park at an airport jet way. If you wish to book this service, please notify us when booking your flight at a direct sales office at the point of first departure within the following time limits.

(1) For the Sao Paulo route, please make a request at least 72 hours (inclusive) prior to flight departure.

(2) For all routes other than Sao Paulo, please make a request at least 48 hours (inclusive) prior to flight departure.
