To ensure a smooth trip, we can provide necessary guidance and assistance services free of charge to passengers traveling alone who are visually disabled or hearing or speech impaired.

For safety reasons, passengers under the age of 16 with hearing or speech impairments or vision disabilities must be accompanied by an adult to the boarding gate.
Each flight can accommodate no more than two visually impaired passengers traveling alone.
If you wish to book this service, please notify our direct sales office at the point of first departure when booking your ticket.
Please arrive at the check-in counter at least 120 minutes prior to the flight’s scheduled departure time to complete check-in procedures.

If you need assistance, we will:
Help you stow or lift carry-on items;
Help you move in or out of the seat;
Help you get prepared for meals;
Help you go to and from the bathroom.
